Through the techniques of hatha yoga and raja yoga Kundalini can be awakened. This form of practice was developed under the shaiva tantra tradition. As Kundalini yoga awakens the energy, it’s supposed to enhance your awareness and help you move past your ego and achieve spiritual enlightenment.

What will we do?
Practice includes mantras, mudras, kriyas, bandha, asanas, pranayama and meditation. Kundalini yoga combines chanting, singing, movements, and breathing in specific patterns to balance the chakras and for Spiritual enlightenment.
Throughout our lifetimes, we’ll all face triumphs, wins, hardships, and challenges. Kundalini yoga guides us in reacting to the ups and downs from a more neutral headspace.
The use of chants and sound, or mantras, have the power to signal a chemical reaction in the brain and body, positively affecting your mood.
Kriyas
When you put breath, posture, and sounds altogether, you have a kriya—or a set of exercises. Kriya means “action,” and it is through a specific set of actions and commitment where manifestation can begin to take place.
Mudras
Mudras are hand positions that lock and direct energy into different parts of our brains.
Meditations
Meditations in Kundalini Yoga have releasing and healing results. During meditation, you can feel entirely awakened, heightened, and moved by the energy you’re releasing or creating.

About the class
The class will be of 60 min practice
Which includes kriyas, mudras, breathing exercises, repetitive movements, singing mantras, and meditation.

Please note, you can cancel your class 24 hours before, time changes can be done 12 hours before, you can always contact us at suryachandra.info@gmail.com. If you don't cancel your private class, we don't do refunds.
Before the class check, if your zoom account is working, necessary gadgets are charged and the camera is working, this will allow us to communicate properly, I will be able to guide you and do adjustments if needed.
